Annual Conference

The NASASPS Annual Conference provides educational and networking opportunities for regulators, schools, and affiliated associations and vendors. Save the Date for the 2024 Annual Conference in Charleston, South Carolina, April 7 – 10, 2024.

Webinars

NASASPS provides presentations several times a year on topics of interest related to postsecondary education regulation. Members of the association can access the live webinars and all recordings for free as part of their membership benefits. Join today to take advantage of this valuable resource!

Regulator Workshops

The Fall Regulator Workshop features sessions and networking opportunities specifically for state regulators of post-secondary institutions. The 2024 Fall Workshop for Regulators will be announced the Summer.

State boards, commissions, agencies or departments that are engaged in the administration, regulation, or supervision of private schools, colleges, or universities and the educational programs offered therein, are eligible to become Regular Members of NASASPS.

Partnership
Membership

Interested organizations, such as federal agencies, accrediting agencies, guarantor agencies, programmatic and oversight agencies, among others, engaged in the regulatory oversight of private postsecondary schools are eligible to become Partnership Members.

Associate

Interested organizations or individuals professionally engaged in the activities associated with private degree and non-degree granting education in residence, distance education and/or home study are eligible to become Associate Members of NASASPS.
